SVA as one of the most experienced supplier for furnace cameras was requested from
Saint Gobain Glass Mexico to fit out the complete new line number II with furnace and tin bath cameras.
Beside 4 cameras for the furnace and more than 20 for the tin bath, to monitor the top rollers,
we supplieddifferent cameras for spread and batch area. All together 38 Monitors in the control room.
Saint Gobain decide also to buy SVA width measurement system for the exit end directly for the old
and the new line. Between the first technical meeting and the taking into operation was a period from
less than 10 weeks. An other reference for SVA capability.
Saint Gobain Mexico is the last of twelve Plants from the SGG Group who works successful with SVA
furnace cameras.
