The SVA is working for more than 30 years at the field of monitoring the product
processes in the steel industry.

Monitoring of:
• vacuum furnaces
• slab furnaces
• roller tables
• pan furnaces
• the industrial area

We install our probe with 60 mm diameter with different objectives and types of cameras.
Cameras with axial view or 60° or 90° angle view are possible.
The probe housings are manufactured in different special steels according to stress and
type of furnace.
Important marks are low consumption of the cooling and high stability.
The probe can be installed fixed or mobile and can be equipped with an automatical
retraction device.
In our systems different capacities are available. Our standard system includes the firing
chamber probe consisting of camera, objective and cooling water jacket, retraction device,
monitoring of cooling supplies, control unit, all necessary cables, connectors and tubes etc.
This system gives the important advantage that in case of loss of cooling supplies or excess
temperature the furnace probe housing is retracting automatically from the hot area and
the probe is protected from damages.
